Not totally distasteful, at least it has some cool LPs like Suburbs, Come Around Sundown and Total Life Forever. But sure lacks some very important Records like: High Violet, Diamond Eyes or Wild Hunt. And it has some very crappy stuff in it like fucking Take That or the epic fail which is the second MGMT Record.

And even if you thought it was, a majority of people either didn't like it or felt that there were better albums this year.

So yes, I am implying that Congratulations is not one of the best albums this year. It's rather a 50-50 argument. Some love it, some hate it.

In Take That's defense they probably aren't the worst thing on the list.
