Fightstar return

2014-11-07 by thumbcrusher | 21 Comments
After a four year hiatus from recording and touring, Fightstar have released a new and "unplugged" rendition of their song 'Open Your Eyes', which can be seen below. The track is originally from their debut album, Grand Unification, released in 2006.

This follows October's announcement of two ten year anniversary shows on December 15th and 16th at London's Brixton Academy and Forum respectively. Vocalist and guitarist Charlie Simpson also stated to Rock Sound after the announcement of the anniversary shows that this return is not just a one-off, and that "we still love making music together, we want to write more".

First two albums and that EP are the jamz. Definitely wasn't feeling anything after that though.
