Song slays. Album's gonna slay.

Hmm, I definitely respect the change in sound but there's like zero guitar on this.

Not an issue for me, their electronic aspect has always been better for me.
|
| |
Don't get me wrong, that's my favourite part about them too. They were always miles ahead of the pack when it came to incorporating synths in their music imo.
But I still think 3D is their best album....

3D to me is their second worst album only behind End of the World Party.
|
| |
well i guess this the best track yet from this album, but it's still pretty average imo
|
| |
Certainly more tolerable than other stuff I've heard from them.
|
| |
Honestly for me, this album is gonna be far and away the best in their discog.
|
| |
Oh wow, the music video is directed by the better of Chiodos vocalists.
So far, 3 music videos - 0 performing videos, 3 psychedelic epilepsy-cidal videos.
|
| |
I retract most of what I said before. This is good EDM, bad everything else. lack of inventive guitars are making them lose what made them unique. This will probably be worse than ND and DR for me.
Also this band needs to put epilepsy disclaimers at the beginning of these kinds of vids. The constant flashing bugged me out.

| |
It still sounds like shit dubstep on top of run-of-the-mill breakdowns. But, I'll give credit where its due, this hook was tolerable.
|
| |
All about everything I just saw in this video
|
| |
Alright, I'm sold, definitely looking forward to the album.
|
| |
Last album was their best and the defining sound for electronicore.
|
| |
Tbh I like everything released off this more than New Demons so far.
|
| |
I've enjoyed everything they've released from this so far - there's been a noticeable departure from the sound they had on New Demons, but this has still been good. Fans have been getting super pissy over it though
|
| |
Only reason the fans are pissy is because New Demons had a much "cleaner" production sound (which was thanks to the dream team of Joey Sturgis and Klayton [Celldweller] working their magic on it)
But this new album is a lot more reliant on its hooks rather than its production values and THAT'S why I dig this so much more. To me, everything went up and this is the best the band has ever sounded.

| |
It's just fine.

3/5

tbh all the guitars ever did is chug away, this song was a step in the right direction
not even that it's amazing or anything it's ok

3.1/5
