I try to stay away from singles from albums I'm hyped for because I don't want to spoil anything for the album, but it's hard to resist Converge. Gonna try to set my expectations low so they can hopefully be blown away. Still kinda bummed Eve isn't the closer, but meh. Still (hopefully) gonna be great.

I have to say these last two singles were probably the most "normal"/generic hardcore songs they've put out tho, I miss that trademark Converge insanity.

Agreed. I Can Tell You About Pain was fantastic, but the other three have been just pretty good.

Idk it might still be too early to tell, but this song is just as good as Eve imo. Excellent track, definitely the best single off this record so far. Absolutely stoked for this

Dude, you're totally right. It kinda sounds like HORSE The Band minus the synth. The song structure is pretty similar to songs on Desperate Living too.

I strongly disagree. It's too on the nose for the lyrical content (an egg hatching, droplets falling into water, a black robbed figure revealed to be a half naked man in white holding a baby?) and the video looks like it was edited by an amateur. I Can Tell You All About Pain on the other hand was a fantastic video with a very nice aesthetic.
