This is absolutely crazy. Listening to the top 40 several years ago, as well as listening to a lot of other electronic music, that played a tremendous part in my taste now and the kind of music I make. Among others, Avicii was definitely a big role. He was never my favorite but I don't think he has a bad song, at least not one I've heard.

Damn, I found out about Avicii right after he released "Levels" as one of the young and rising EDM kids. This was all before he came out with "Wake Me Up", so his jump in popularity was definitely a fun ride at the time. "Fade Into Darkness" still bangs to this day. Anyways, he seemed like a good fella and 28 is way too young.
