I meeeeean the artwork gives me hope. Eddie's first album hasn't aged all that well, so if they just do something like that again it probably won't be great. But if they progress and evolve in a different direction than s/t then it has potential.

I remember Eddie was annoucing being the new vocalist for Suicide Silence and just basicly admiting he wanted a more stable job with better pay. Can't blame him for that. From what he told All Shall Perish was a mess but they for sure put out better music.

I appreciated what they were trying to do on the last album, but they were really really bad at it. Here's hoping they learn from their mistakes and either refine it more or go back to the old sound.

their switch to nu metal was so baffling because it included specifically the worst parts of the genre without any of the parts people actually liked--as if they were purposefully butchering the whole thing.

downtuned groove metal-esque riffs are always fun, but SS forgot to actually include any.
