Not available for us filthy Americans yet but I already know this is gonna rule.
| |
Yay, mad song
| |
this is a good metal song.
| |
This was more than I wanted. Can’t wait for the full release.
| |
Fuuuuuck this smacks
| |
Great song. Definitely, one of the best to do it these days. Lyrics are getting way too real though.
| |
Really love the Bug’s Life album art
| |
"Lyrics are getting way too real though."
what lyrics
| |
Opening and groove around 1:45 both smack. Dig the vocal layering on the section in between those two also. They kinda lost me a bit with Death Atlas from what I remember but this sounds promising. Always been a bigger fan of their sound going from The Harvest Floor back but I do dig the shift they had after also. Something was missing on Atlas though. Hope the new one crushes though
| |
That was sufficiently heavy.
| |
God damn, this was awesome. Sounds like all the best elements of their last three albums. Travis just continues to get better and better. Don't even get me started on Dave... dude is a fucking MONSTER.
Incredibly satisfied with this one, album will undoubtedly slap.
| |
Great track, makes me think this'll be a better release than Death Atlas was. Tbf, its singles slapped hard too, so we'll see.
| |
Fucking heater.
| |
track is pummeling. goodness.
| |
This is pretty good alright. Getting the impression they've been becoming more and more palatable with each next album, probably from shedding the deathgrind sound in favor of more Dimmu-esque BM touches
| |
"Really love the Bug’s Life album art"
you stole that me from the last thread lol. Song slams!
| |
That's killer. Very nice.
| |
Yeah, this goooeeeeess.
| |
This slaps real good. I miss the goblin voice though, but if this is what's to expect it's gonna be fine.
| |
Honestly glad Travis let up on the goblin pirate vocals for this one. It was getting a bit excessive on Death Atlas.
| |
double post whoopsie
| |
Yeah I agree, just love how relentless this one is.
| |
Awesome song about the chrimes of the church
| |
That's a banger
| |
That outro is fucking massive
| |
No Bring Back the Plague Part II?
| |
Definitely above average death metal. Enjoyable. That chorus(?) section gives me Black Dahlia vibes.
| |
Huge sounbd, super heavy, i found Death Atlas sounded weak far as mixing/production and even vocally it seemed to lack range of the two albums before it. Maybe I'm crazy though or should relisten but I remember not being impressed by most of it, it lacked intensity, I thought.
| |
somehow the vocal on death atlas from what i remember, sounded thin
| |
Can't get enough of this track. If Artificial Brain graced us with metal AOTY last year I think Cattle Decap is a strong contender this year.
| |
Yeah Death Atlas leaned way too hard into the things that made their found unique, but they were always used sparingly, so the goblin vocals and stuff just got annoying on that album
| |
Couldn't agree more on them going overboard with it on Death Atlas. I could do without the pirate vocals completely at this point tbh.
| |
[3] Death Atlas had some really good songs but as an album it was heavily flawed. The brickwalled production and shitty triggers didn't do it any favors either.
| |
Donald duck vox wtf
| |
goblin vocals? lol I always thought it was more like a choir of banshees
| |
I started to like Ryan's high vocals way less from Anthropocene Extinction and further
| |
For me I've always called them pirate vocals. They remind me a ton of some of the moments on Fragmentary Evidence from Augury. Which everyone should jam if they haven't. Absolute classic
