Sweet. First time I've missed some DM updates.
Have to go check it oot.

Unless they're fake. Already had some fakes posted about the place.

EDIT: Unforgiven III MIGHT be interesting.

Some of these track names are a bit poor though, like Broken, Beat & Scarred. This Message Edited On 07.23.08

Just noticed that...two of these song titles are Arch Enemy song titles: "My Apocalypse" & "The End Of The Line"

I'm hoping the music will make up for it too. From what I've heard it should be the best thing they've released since the start of the 90's

The Unforgiven III? The second one was a bad idea.

And all of a sudden famous artists seem to want to release tight, ten-track albums. It's almost becoming a fad. This Message Edited On 07.23.08

Can we expect a St. Anger II mp3 in the box set? That would be swell.

....not.

The End of the Line is a pretty cliche phrase so I'm sure it's the title of a lot of songs.

LOL at song #5

It's fun to hate Metallica...Weeee!!!

...On a serious note I am actually looking forward to this, I have high expectations. I'm one of the few people who like their 80's stuff as well as the Load/ReLoad stuff, and anything is an improvement from St. Anger.

Wow. I have tried to remain as neutral as possible but this tracklist seems... super cheesy :E The Unforgiven III, come on :F Well, I shall not judge the album until I have heard it multiple times.

End of the line is a Devildriver song.

Also, All Nightmare Long reminds me of some glam/hair metal band song title.

That said, I really am looking forward to this album , but I am preparing myself for a letdown after what happened with St. Anger.

I liked everything from Master of Puppets to Reload, so I can honestly said I'm excited for this album. If it sounds like the Black Album, I'll be happy.

Unforgiven III made me laugh...I guess they are getting back to their roots.

"That Was Just Your Life" seems like a shot at Megadeth's "This Was My Life"

Speaking of which...why does Metallica get 100x more coverage than Megadeth. Hell Megadeth's has released two great albums in the time since St. Anger and no one gives a damn.

Continuing the theme of song titles being already taken up, 'Judas Kiss' is the title of a track off of The Academy Is...'s debut EP which I reviewed on this site only 2 days ago!

I am genuinely excited about this one!!! I know a lot of people have lost faith in this band - especially since the latest releases from Slayer, Testament, Megadeth and Exodus have been so awesome. But Metallica were the first, and I believe they can still be the best. Hetfield says they used MoP as a framework, plus Trujillo will be bringing some new shit to the table. Can't wait.

These 4 men of Metallica really should be writing titles that reflect how they have matured over the years, unfortunately I guess they haven't. The song titles kinda read out like Dragon Force ones. Oh well, at least they got one thing right, the day that a decent post 1991 Metallica album comes out is "The Day That Never Comes"This Message Edited On 07.24.08

I'm pretty excited to hear Unforgiven III, the first 2 among my favourite Metallica tunes. I was kinda hoping the "other new song" made it to the final tracklist, but these song titles don't match with any of the lyrics.
