Haven't really listened to it all, but I skimmed through tracks and it sounds like it has less staying power, but it's still an interesting listen. Jon Rice is still pretty damn good, though he's weird as hell in person from what I hear.

myspace actually had the balls to claim that they were "one of the most innovative band in metal today"!

i mean that's obviously not true, but what does myspace know about metal. it's probably true from what they know

genesis was a 3 for me, so ya this is def a 3.5

wait.. oh shit 0:28-0:42 in psycological immortality is dumbed down copy/past of the TBDMs riff at 1:34-2:10 in satutory ape...

sorry if thats being superficial but they just lost cred

probably so that sites like this can review it so people will know if its good before they buy it... i prefer the streaming

I prefer illegal downloads, they have their perks.

I went to Gigantour 2008 at the Merriweather Post Pavillion in Maryland and there just happened to be some old guy walking around in tanned, light brown leather chaps and vest.

One of my friends asked what the hell that guy was doing there.

"He heard there's a job for a cowboy."

Band sucked (live and otherwise), had no interest in them. Listening to the stream, still have no real interest in them, though the album is an obvious improvement.

Their music just makes your head hurt.

If their music makes you're head hurt there is clearly something wrong with you or your taste in extreme music...

I may be in the minority, but I really enjoy jfac and this is a fine release, big step up from Genesis.

I'll agree it's a step up but it's still mediocre death metal.
