 | oltnabrick A more reserved take on their debut, New Plastic Ideas shows Unwound maturing only months after their noisy as all **** debut. They still delve into noise quite often and have a punk rock vocal delivery reminiscent of Fugazi, but the overall approach feels almost Sonic Youth-esque. While it?s not quite as good as their debut, it?s still much more than solid. 4.4/5
