The hottest thing out of Oklahoma at the moment, after signing a huge record deal with Universal Hinder looks to become one of the biggest rock bands out there. Bringing the old school rock of sex, drugs, rock and roll, Hinder is certainly looking at becoming the band of 2006.
Get Stoned- Opening track and first single off of 'Extreme Behavior' is very catchy and just an overall great tune. Despite its name 'get stoned' is actually about a relationship that just wont end because the make up sex is so good. "Cause the sex is so much better when your mad at me.....We could end up making love instead of misery" Each verse has a mini-solo following which make for an even better song.

How Long- Awesome intro to begin the song before slowing down for the first verse. I am told by many that this song is the best off of the album a part from 'Lips of An Angel' thats not what i believe. While this is a great tune it is not personally one of my favourites. The song also hones superb drumming and an awesome bridge.

By The Way- Nice touch at the begining with an acoustic guitar and lyrics that are easy and fun to sing to 'by the way' might be one of the best songs musically on the album.

Nothin' Good About Goodbye- Slower begining to this song but picks up the pace during the chorus. 'Nothin' Good About Goodbye' is once again about a relationship that just wont end as the girlfriend repeatedly comes back for more. "and everytime i try to cut the cord you come crawling back with some excuse that you forgot something" Not much else to say about this one

Bliss (I Don't Wanna Know)- Probably the best song off of the album. Has a superb intro that really gets you into the song. Offers great lyrics and is sure to become a single. Although Hinder does not use their potential with guitar solos the one in this song is a really good sign of what they can do.

Better Than Me- One of two ballads on the album. I personally liked this one more than the other ballad, 'Lips Of An Angel' but am told to think otherwise. Nonetheless 'Better Than Me' has great lyrics in "I really miss your hair in my face and they way your innocence taste" which really show Hinders softer side.

Room 21- Fastest song off of the album and rivals only 'Get Stoned' in the rocking department. Room 21 is about meeting and the having sex with some random chick at a bar. Then getting all bent out of shape because she left the next morning. Once again offers catchy lyrics such as "Cocktails later she said to me, don't be late and heres my key"

Lips Of An Angel- The second single off of 'Extreme Behavior" is sure to be the song that puts Hinder on the map. 'Lips of an Angel' may be one of the best ballads released by a rock band. Fantastic guitar in the song, most notably heard between the chorus and verses. And once again Hinder's guitar solo talent is shown once again other than that not much else to say except that its a great song.

Homecoming Queen- Nice intro that boads well being after the song 'Lips of an Angel'. Once again great lyrics aside from the chorus that sounds a bit too familiar but in music thats bound to happen. I also enjoyed the almost unheard words or huffs said between the chorus's and verse as they add positively to this song.

Shoulda- Final track off of 'Extreme Behavior' has a bit of an eerie intro before getting into a very strong song. Once again though the chorus seems a bit familiar but is a great song nonetheless. The one point "Now that your gone, I wasted away, the life has been syphoned right out of my veins" is a high for the song.

After releasing 'Extreme Behavior" near the end of 2005 Hinder looks to be one of the best bands out there and I highly recomend getting this cd as it is an amazing album and so far I have seen at stores at a bargain of a price usually around $12. Look out for this band in the near future and see them if you can I hear their live shows are unbelievable.
