One thing from this is how kind some can be about it and how cold some can be. The world can be brutal. I don't understand how people can be so bad to each other. Again, your review was excellent. | robin well yeah, i was hungover just back from work when i listened (working on nyday = sad face) so as usual special agent matt wolfe solves another crime. but i quite like the way this album is just, idk, a lot of post rock. but 'mexican race' or wahtever is my favourite track by far. i ****ing hate that autotune track, though. let's form our own post-rock band.

| robin a) i'm over-enthusiastic b) i've never really liked mogwai much except for come on die young, but i guess i was just in the mood for straight up lazy post rock. i think it will probably drop to a 3.5 but the best tracks are at the front of the album. whoopseeee. we don't disagree really ;)

| robin thats pretty awesome. i always assumed the whole publishing thing would be a good route to go down. is that what you want to do in the longterm or just a general kinda, i need to do something kind of thing? i still dont know what a kindle is so im still reading books on paper like a chump. where is the skiing at? i like how the coat is sort of interrelated there.

| robin i still dont know how to drive well cuz i suck so bad at eye cordination, but i still need music for next week because ultimately thats my self-assigned job in travellin'. in a couple of weeks youll have some TVOTR pop up on your breaking bad and youll be pretty delighted, but most of the stuff in season 3 had me doing what i did in our previous fave tv show, i.e. screaming at the tv and telling characters to do things (ep 7 i think had me going "GET OUT OF THE ****ING WAY") x

| robin season 2 is great, but it doesn't have anything, anything at all on season 3. season 3 is my favourite season of anything ive ever watched, then again i don't watch that much good TV (only trash like lost eh) : ( also i'm spending today making playlists for an uber-long carjourney to france so recommend types of playlists / good songs / albums / matt wolfes

| robin d/w that's how i read that cuz BREAKING BAD. that sounds like an incredible road trip, id prefer to visit the east coast tbh from what i know (NY d.c!) but then again i thought florida and cali were both west hahah. if you recommend it though..! im kinda intending to go travelling for a gap yr and maybe work abroad but probs in europe cuz america's espensive. my AS results don't come out for a a week or so but im currently filling out UCAS application stuff =( downer. or, i should be, anyway.

| Kiran grew up traveling all over the place, i guess the habit kind of stuck! yes best coast is pretty solid stuff though not more than a good lo-fi pop album. otherwise, the new shugo tokumaru is as cute as ever, new arcade fire is cool, dom - 'sun bronzed greek gods' was a personal summer fav of mine but i was like the only one (listen to 'living in america'), and uhhh otherwise ive mostly been playing catch up on earlier stuff

| Kiran matt! my summer was amazing, spent most of it soaking in singapore and various parts of thailand and all of their south east asian qualities (cheap everything(booze(drugs))) and now im back in sweden taking it easy. i missed a lot of the past two months since i just got back into sputnik after my traveling too but i just checked your ratings and you didnt have titus andronicus so you know what to do

| robin i saw a couple of your pics at some baseball game, was like akslgjadgd i wanna go to america. looks awesome, did you literally visit everywhere? my summer has pretty much just been divided between doing nothing in the daytime and getting drunk at various people's houses in the nighttime, so yeah, not as intense. and dude the finale of season 3 was lost-esque with its cliffhanger =( HURRY UP AND CATCH UP MATT

| robin the first twenty minutes or so had me and my friend wondering when it would pick up into 'finale' mode so i guess in that sense i was pining for 'answers', but honestly i could care less - the conviction was incredible in that episode, they managed to go full-circle without making it incredibly lame. i mean, the episode brought an end to each character so well that i can barely feel like i need more LOST. killing off jack is definitive. best ep ever?

| robin rewatching the ending got me teary. this season totally redeemed jack in everyway from the dull character he used to be and this episode even more so. hurley was incredible, his character felt SO complete and like "im a follower whut do i do" was so cute. and ben's character felt so complete too. people will complain about the ambiguity but really they couldnt have told as good a story if they had literally said "this is what THAT is"

| Kiran totally, totally worth it. although, hilariously, loads of dudes tried to pull moves on the girls in the crowd when it got to the 'french kiss some french girls' part of wet hair, which was both naively opportunistic and just very, very desperate. when the song finished there were just a bunch of dejected dudes standing around with embarrassed looks on their faces.

| Kiran they're already in the uk! saw them with a place to bury strangers in nottingham. both bands heavy on the reverb and distortion and energetic as hell, it was incredible. i think when the first chords of wet hair came on, i was in ecstasy.
