 | Wizard I find myself going back to older albums and re-rating some stuff (mostly bringing a lot of my scores down a few notches but putting the stamp of classic on others). The site introduced to me to so much and I find that I fly around a lot more blogs/ online zines and bring that knowledge right back here, almost like I'm repaying the site a favour for all of the years of introducing to me to great music. You should have been around here 9 years ago...best users ever.

| Wizard Sunbather sounded so sterile to me the first few times and it made the album seem like one giant blur. Their live show pushed all of the intensity to the front of the mix and when I went back to the album, the dynamics really burst forth from my headphones. I'm probably one of the few honest people left on this site hahahaha.

| Wizard I saw them live back in February and they ****ing blew my mind. I immediately relistened to Sunbather and it clicked. They're one of those bands you have to see live to fully understand their intensity level. I understand I was a totally ignorant old fart when I first heard it. My rating is genuine.

| demigod! i just love the uniqueness and personality of the MCs, i can see how one would find them pretentious or nonsensical but they give a kind of carefree and stream of consciousness attitude that i find really admirable. it really sounds like they're just having a good time. try listening to it while stoned or something (if youre into that)

| demigod! well i loved it straight away honestly, the beats completely sold me. they're just so lush and expansive. as for the raps, well they're pretty oddball so i could understand one not really feeling the album if that's what they listen to hip hop for. but i've always been a beat man first and foremost, so that album is like a godsend for me. def give it another go
