 | Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. It's been an interesting month for me. My grandpa died in the beginning of April and I had to travel to Wisconsin for the funeral. I volunteered at my college for a health fair and other than that I've just been working and working on my music. Sorry to hear about your job situation. I'd actually think I'd be more comfortable with Hillary as president even though she's not really any better. | zakalwe Hi bakker dude. I'd love to have an extensive vinyl collection and was all set to start a few months back but my savings were spent elsewhere. | Iamthe Nightstars Have you heard the AF leak yet? It's pretty much as good as I thought it was going to be. Nothing amazing but a nice listen. His vocal style isn't really much different from his work in Owen so it basically just sounds like a full band version of Owen with a little more technical drumming. The main problem with it I think is that it doesn't really feel inspired. It feels like they just decided to write some more AF sounding songs to appease the fans and make a few bucks out of it.

| Iamthe Nightstars Yes, this is not a very good election this time. Fiorina had one strong debate performance, but otherwise is pretty forgettable and kind of blends in with the rest of the crowd. Rubio comes off as sincere and trustworthy and has been very good in earlier debates. He has a decent shot at winning being 3rd in the polls right now. I could be wrong about him. He might be able to do some good things but I strongly disagree with his socialist ideas. If it does come down to Trump/Sanders I might end up voting for Gary Johnson of the libertarian party. | Iamthe Nightstars A condenser mic is great for picking up a lot of sound. I also use a mic stand and a pop filter (very cheap accessory). With all the problems they seem to be causing Germany it's no wonder a lot of countries don't want them. I feel like the song "Eiffel" was a better version of what Pianos Become the Teeth did on their newest album. That Apple of Discord song is probably the best song on the album. | Iamthe Nightstars I've been recording a little here and there, but it's a lot harder to find time and motivation with school and work going on. I think I'll be able to get a lot more done in between semesters soon at the end of the year. A friend heard my metal ep and wanted to record vocals for it so I have that to look forward to. Anything new with you?

| Futures The outlook is looking pretty good man. I had a CT scan a few weeks back and all the cancer cells had shrunk by about half.

| Futures I don't mind sharing man. I have thymic cancer a rare cancer that has to do with the production of white blood cells. It's usually 2 or 3 days after I feel pretty sick then a few days of being really sore and tired. Other than that it hasn't affected me to much man. I'm very thankful. Just thank god I'm young and in good shape.

| Iamthe Nightstars That Kilowatthours album is solid 90's emo if you want me to upload it for you. I just wish the vocals were higher in the mix.

| Iamthe Nightstars I downloaded their last album on bandcamp because it was free. I?ve only listened to half of it but I was impressed with how heavily emotional it sounded. It kind of reminds me of that In the Wake of Giants album but unfortunately that album didn?t stick with me after many listens. I think this might be better though. I?ll probably get the other one once I?m familiar with this one.

| Iamthe Nightstars It's interesting how emo is still such a misinterpreted genre with how many bands there are. With all the high regarded bands and more obscure bands we keep finding how is it still that 90% of people think Hawthorne heights is emo? Lol
