| JustinKing I'm in McMinnville, TN. Little podunk town with not much to offer, but it's a good midway point to all the better cities around it. When I go to shows, I typically only have to drive an hour and a half at the most.

| JustinKing Oh, for sure. Ever since I met them, they've become a big influence on my own music, and James and I talked about it once how we write songs in similar ways, like trying not to repeat sections, making the song flow well from section to section, not focusing on choruses, all that jazz. He jokes with me via Facebook a lot, telling me I should just come to Virginia and join the band. If I had the balls to, I'd take him up on the offer in a heartbeat! It's dope as hell to find another FA fan!

| JustinKing Dude, that's awesome! I've seen them twice, and the second time, James and Dave had me come on to perform guest vocals for Irony Is a Double-Edged Sword with them, that "taking one for the team" part. By far one of my favorite live acts, and such nice guys on top of that.

 | Parallels Then just keep an eye on it after about 15 mins with the lid on so the cabbage doesn't disintegrate into nothing. It will usually shrink.

| Parallels Np ^^. I would fry the onions and get the meat cooked a little bit in seperate pans (with a bit of an oil of your choice and if the meat isn't already precooked) just cause you might want them nice and browned. Otherwise the lazy way is just to throw them all together, but in all cases you'll usually want to bring the pot to a good boil on high and then turn it down a hair so you can put the lid on it without it boiling over.

| Calc pretty decent. tilian can nail the songs technically but he has no power in his voice and it's annoying. like i don't even think his vocals are actually live on that album there's some touch ups

 | hobblepot I agree! His voice is soothing and calm, which contrasts well with Jon's harsh, almost desperate harsh vocals. I like the interplay between the two, it works well haha

| EasyModeDX Oh yeah, while i was surfing on sputnik I found their page. They're 70's prog, though I haven't looked at them, but they have king crimson in the similar bands section, so I guess that should be enough reason to check them out.

| EasyModeDX I think you need to edit your profile under the forum section of the site. I know it's pretty dumb since sputnik basically has two seperate sections for the same site, and somehow when posting a comment on an album/review it gets your profile pic from the forum section.

| EasyModeDX But you know, I actually kinda envy you, you were listening to Midori for the first time which was just incredible for me. I started with Aratame Hajimemas***e. It opens up with "suki" which has a dream like aura with a shoegazy mixing work, acoustic guitar, really peaceful song. And then comes Yukiko-san. My face when Goto shouts DESTUROY!!!!!!! And they go completely balls to the wall dissonant.That moment when you lose your virginity to Midori will always be the best.
