The former is definitely right up your alley, and With Fear... is just crazy ass riffs and some twisted melodies, idk how else to put it. I know melodeath isn't your thing really, but you should give it a shot.

It's just a long ass taper because of the dose I'm at, and I've been on it for over a decade lol. @ Spectral, if you think that's bad, I've mostly been alternating between gothic/doom stuff and softer music like Blue October and acoustic stuff, which I don't usually listen to. Just weird mood, I guess, lmao.

Yeah it's just annoying at this point, and I can't get anything for pain because of the Suboxone (I can after surgery, but not before) which sucks because it's hard to walk or stand. I'm tapering off my sub though, I don't even need it anymore and it just complicates things tbh. Instant judgement for the most part when docs see that in my medical history, regardless of the reason for visit.

Getting super irritated because I still need surgery in my other foot (the same surgery I had already on one) and I've had to reschedule it like 3 times, not to mention original surgeon retired lmao. So it's just really fkn annoying.

| Flugmorph its good that you did. and this conversation definitely needed to happen because i don't want to strenghen or be associated with any users on here who think cancel culture is a problem for the wrong reasons (bigots). a nuanced view is very important though, our world is an increasingly complex mess, which is why the very black and white thinking that perpetuates both bigotry and also on the other hand the toxic aspects of cancel culture has to be called out and discussed.
