| Gyromania i think my whole issue with using music software is how inaccessible it appears. i've only dabbled in stacking synths and instruments on top of each other to make something that sounds somewhat coherent, but there is just an insanely huge suite of tools and effects. it honestly all starts to look like gibberish to me - like i'd have an easier time trying to learn a new language haha.

Its cohesive but varied - Ablaze - really good opener; The Screen for heaviness; Beauty in falling leaves for beauty (lol); Original Face for banger; pretty cool closer too. Maybe 4 is more accurate to rating but I can't do that right now X)

 | JS19 Ah that's cool. I did try to use FL Studio a while back but it just didn't sit right with me. I use Reason - mostly create all the synths and pads from scratch, then record layers live through a MIDI keyboard against samples and field recordings. Recording everyhting 100% live can get messy but I like the freeflow feel you get with it!

 | PistolPete I don't unfortunately, otherwise I'd 100% share. It's always been a bucket list thing for me to learn guitar (I think I'd find that most satisfying). If I made music though, it would 100% be rooted in post/sludge-metal, but more short-form songs like what The Mire used to do or what you guys in Helioscope were doing. Not this 11-min monster song stuff haha I'd break if I had to write those.
