A nearly flawless album with so many strong points that it's amazing how much one song can ruin it's staying power. I'm referring of course to the cover of "Razamanaz." Not that it's a particularly bad song (which it isn't) or that it's a particularly bad cover (it's not), but the fact that it absolutely ruins the sense of atmosphere and flow in By Inheritance. The fast-paced riffs and the brilliant, dark melodies throughout the album are cohesive and work well together, but if they had gone without this one stupid cover song then the album as a whole would have been much better.
