This remains to be one of my favourite all-time albums. I currently believe that the top three metal acts to come out of Canada are: Cryptopsy, Gorguts and Martyr. And it's something to say that Daniel Mongrain, one of the guitar players and vocalists for Martyr, has performed in each of these bands.
I'd especially recommend these guys to anybody who likes Atheist.

Certainly not a perfect album, but closer than most. ?artyr?s second release is up there with Symbolic, Unquestionable Presence and Onset of Putrefaction as a tech-death milestone. Combining neoclassical lead mwlodies, jazzy/proggy construction and a death metal core the guys make a perfectly flowing 40 minute philosophically challenging album that is beautiful, crushing and technical all at the same time.

Released in the early '00s, "Warp Zone" served as a bridge between old school and modern technical death metal. Top notch musicianship and pretty interesting songwriting.

This is one of my favorite metal album of all time. It also should be consider by anyone who like technical and progressive death metal. The guitar playing is absolutly flawless as the drum. The bass line are great for a death metal band.They could improve the vocals even if they're not that bad. This is the kind of album you always dicover something new in every listen and have a really great replay value.
