Vapor Trails has been given a second chance. If you didn't like it on the first spin then give this remix a shot.

Loved the original version of this album, definitely my soundtrack for that period of my life. Same goes for the new remixed version of this album, same album but a little more improved in ways, feels like a reflection for me. And much in the way Neil wrote the album, I recently moved from Toronto to New Zealand and experienced the album in full glory while on a road trip of the upper North of the country, truly a beautiful album.

The mastering on this is excellent. Vapor Trails was in and of itself a solid release, but it was incapable of showing off most of it's eccentricities due to the most muddled, deliberately poor production work I've ever heard. This release changes that. If you had any grudges against this release prior, give this a listen.

I like this a lot better now with the remix. So many textures come to the fore now. The original gave me such a headache that I couldn't listen to more than 3 tunes in a row before having to turn it off.
