It's great! But I feel like half the songs are kinda Hard Rock-ish or kinda Heavy Metal. The riffs sure sound like it, But great album!

I've seen these guys countless times since they've been coming to Australia. This album has to be possibly Fat Wreck Chord's best ever release. It has that nostalgic Lagwagon feel about it while seamlessly blending in some of the band's heaviest music to date. It also has the most tranquil and beautiful passages as intro's and outro's that Joey's voice does absolute justice.

The guys in Lagwagon have been through a lot. There’s the inevitable line-up changes that plague many long-running bands, but these guys also had to deal with the loss of their original drummer to suicide. That event affected the vocalist Joey Cape and every project that has come since. Things went from upbeat, energetic and sarcastic to dark, retrospective and cynical (by punk standards). That trend started with Resovle, but Hang finishes what that album started. This album is pretty damn riffy by LagWagon standards and it has also lost the last bit of childish sarcasm that filled previous releases.

Album is awesome! Like they took Blaze, Trashed and Lets talk about feelings and made this riffy monster and even 9 years after Resolve, this album feels amazingly fresh and as natural progressive take on the classic lag sound.

than you might be used to, but Hang proves that Joey
Cape still has it. Close to half the album can
comfortably sit in their "classics" column
and the other half are only fucking
