This was a brilliant record and probably as over the top as you can get as far as emo go's, especially the track Less Than Nothing. Thank god they never took themselves seriously, even though there was a heck of alot of meaning to what was being said. This record never seemed like the real I Hate Myself to me though, it doesnt have the sparseness of guitar the other records had. This was the band still finding my feet in my opinion, and these songs were never intentionally made to actually be used for a band at the time.
