3.0 good | Wilfong86 | April 6th 16 | Very dissapointed in this release. The song writing is subpar. Not one song really stands out to me, and I couldn't sit through the whole album without getting bored. (I tried multiple times). I thought with JT coming in there would be some similarities to Garrison. (which there is) Nonetheless, they seemed to focus more on the clean vocals instead.. Which are great as an accent, but are very bland as the main focus. I guess at the end of the day the reason why I loved Erra so much was because of Garrison and Alan... because now that they are gone... I no longer enjoy Erra's music as much. I dont fault them for that. It's just sad because when Impulse came out these guys jumped straight to top 3 in the genre for me. I gave the album a 3 because the music is still well written. Its just not memorable. Here's to hoping the album will grow on me in time!

3.5 great | TheMessiah713 | April 9th 16 | Its amazing to see Erra still write great music with loss of so many members. Maybe not as great as Augment or Impulse, but you can tell its still Erra. It still has that same melodic, "Erra" feel (Luminesce, Irreversible, Continuum). Its still very Melodic, most of the songs are. As far as how heavy they are, they seemed to step back on the heaviness and "djentyness" of the songs. Guitar work is phenomenal, as always. Jesse's vocals are amazing as well, I think maybe better than on Augment. Jesse also leads vocals more this time around. As far as my thoughts on JT, I feel he is a good fit to Erra. But I would like to hear some vocal range from him though, as some verses sound a little one-dimensional (my biggest complaint). But I've seen Erra with JT live, and he WREKCS IT LIVE. He's a better vocalist than Ian for sure. Better frontman, executes with easy, and delivers his lines more powerful.rMy favorite songs from this album are Irreversible, Orchid (those guitar riffs are godly), and Continuum (I think this is the most unique song on this album).rAll in all, if you like Erra at all, you should pick this up. Amazing album. Erra pulled through with all the member changes.

3.0 good | sspedding | April 8th 16 | JT Cavey was undoubtedly a great addition to Erra but to then underuse him to the extent they do in "Drift" is criminal. Musically more melodic than ever and there are some nice moments but Jesse's cleans have become increasingly grating with every release. I expected much more.

3.0 good | MalConstant | April 6th 16 | More accessible, more melodic, but it is really more of the same erra we're used to. They've solidified their formula and it works for the most part, but it is nothing too exciting.

4.5 superb | SpideryMan | June 10th 22 | Very deftones inspired "waves of heavy guitarwork washing over you" type stuff. Beautiful
hooks on every song here with a consistent yet seemingly restrained debut performance from JT.
though this restraint proves throughout the album to be more appropriate for the chill, math-
rock centric vibe the album goes for. Highlight in "The Hypnotist" "Sleeper" and "Drift" but
every song is great.

5.0 classic | itsyaboicobby | November 7th 17 | I know a lot of people aren't crazy about this album but it's easily my favorite album of all time. It taught me how beautiful music can be and I often times find myself coming back to this masterpiece.

4.0 excellent | Joran | March 27th 17 | Making a more mature and softer sounding follow up to Augment. This album is greatly different from Augment because of having 50% clean vocals on the record and less heavy sounding guitar work. While it's not as good as previous releases, it's a great step towards a more mature Erra.

3.0 good | gman20 | September 22nd 16 | This doesn't compare to their previous material but I've always been a big fan of Erra so I will support the change, will take a bit to grow on me though. Overall, good album, adjustments need to be made, I am not a huge fan of cleans and that's what they seem to emphasize on. Sort of disappointing in a sense but the sounds melts well and I appreciate the good sounds it gives my ear.

4.0 excellent | Above313 | April 15th 16 | its between 3.5 and 4 - Still a good release, production not on par with their last. also they should have utilized JT more. Jesse is still awesome but if they continue down this path with relying on his voice more, that is the wrong direction and run the risk of becoming a progressive version of Ghost Atlas.

2.5 average | BurnedBlack606 | April 12th 16 | Never been huge on these guys, but this is shockingly bland. I found it difficult to sit all the way through a single song.

4.0 excellent | AtomicShane | April 10th 16 | This album is by far their worse release. It's lacking a lot of the things that made their previous albums so
amazing to me. It's still pretty fresh sounding for newer metalcore, and I can see people that never listened to
them before start to like them (just like Nortlane's Node), but the production, lack of technical riffs, and JT &
Jesse's vocals both sounding weak make this disappointing.

4.0 excellent | snakesc | April 8th 16 | Some meh tracks (drift), yet some excellent ones (orchid, sleeper). Losing two core members will
no doubt force change, but this is still a solid ERRA album that floats above the metalcore median

4.0 excellent | Frisbee | April 5th 16 | The rest of the tracks are better than all the singles. Not as good as Impulse or Augment, which is to be expected with the loss of one of the main writers, but there'd definitely some solid work here, JT is a perfect fit, but my main complaint is his underuse and the over abundance of clean singing, which has gotten more prevalent with each of their releases.

4.0 excellent | Nikolas | March 19th 16 | So far Drift and Luminesce are amazing. Technical, melodic, and I like addition of JT Cavey, he's a good fit.
