Casey's second album finds the band doubling down on the formula that worked, but rehashing it in a tiresome manner, while also ? for some reason ? streamlining the more straightforward and rudimentary elements of their debut.

Rather disappointed in this to be honest. Their debut album was much better. However, I appreciate the change in style, shifting to a more ambient and post-rock influenced sound instead of melodic hardcore. Bruise and the title track are exceptional as well.
