This album has a consistently warm, alluring charm to it, using nice organic, acoustic instrumentation to balance the (not so heavy) atmospheric black metal parts which wear their influences on their sleeves. That said, I feel this album has a very thin sound and for that reason feels mostly incomplete, despite the dwindling melodies offering quite an inviting sensation. It's nice to sit and hum along to whilst daydreaming, but that's pretty much it.
