0.0 | BallsToTheWall | June 27th 09 | Vladimir Cochet returns to the metal world in 2009 with Croire, Decroitre, a stunning display of black metal infused with terrific songwriting, infectious rythmns, and superb riffing. A far cry from his symphonic toying in Mirrorthrone, Unholy Matrimony is a much more aggressive affair, relying more on stellar guitar playing, speed, and Vlad's always intense vocal delivery than clean vocals, keyboards, and classical passages. One of my favorite albums of 2009 and I must say i enjoy this over the last Mirrorthrone release. Vladimir Cochet does not dissapoint here and fans of his previous work and/or well produced aggressive black metal should add this to theis lbrary as soon as possible.
