I like Lil Wayne, his goofy, over-the-top style is very appealing a lot of the time. However, when he accumulates to garbage like this and Dedication 3, he makes a sheer fool of himself. Cheesy, fluffy Prince-ish riffs, horrible, plastic poppy synths, and one horrible Lil Wayne, whose head is so syrupped out and washed up that his brain for rock is stuck in this melted 80s era. Basically, other than a couple tracks were he puts together some fun rhymes, he sounds taste-less here. Avoid at all costs.
