Uffie's generic hyper-j(or sth)-pop is too comfortable inside a rather traditional, unassuming pop song-writing that is not provocative enough for the hyper and not de-Westernised enough for the J- of it all. Nevertheless, the childish exuberance is about as fun as one can hope an album like this to be.
