There's nothing really unifying about the sound on this album. If I had to describe what they must have been thinking while writing this, the best I can come up with is that they tried to write beautiful songs. While none of the songs really sound the same in a genre sense, they all sound incredibly beautiful, and that's the highest compliment I can pay a band. rBottom line, these guys are great, check 'em out.

SO many 5 moments on here its not even funny.......unfortunately sometimes what are even good ideas are used incorrectly and sound out of place. Aside from that, this is still truly phenomenal, it combines this quirky post-hardcore with mathy/proggy awesomeness to create a sound I've really never heard before......these guys (I think its one main guy who wrote most of it) could really write a masterpiece if they learned to still be controlled in their quirkiest moments. Ill be addicted to this for a while. Its got something for everybody.

Personal friends of mine. Watching this band evolve and finally develop a solid sound, and master dynamics unlike any local Sacramento band has been inspiring and a real treat for me. If a staff member could review this, I'd be ecstatic. These guys deserve it

Solid progressive post-hardcore. The perfect amount of experimentation to match an excellent standard post-hardcore center. So glad to see that these guys are finally getting the face-time they undoubtedly deserve. 4.2/5

Yeah, yeah, I'm to blame for the Conversation Piece hype around these parts, but Plan B is where it all began, my friends. This album's just full of spirit, but most importantly it's got meaning, and it's saturated with it at every turn. Never has the group never been so focused on their goal, and their ambition even outshines the kinda shoddy production present.
