I am liking this Album despite the nagging in the back of my head that's screaming "GENERIC!" At first listen I was horribly..Horribly dissaponted..But I got over it fast, there are really good songs on this CD, nice guest spots (Even though every single guest spot comes from/was in Blessthefall..) it is quick, fun, and ..well to put it bluntly, fucking Crushing

It's a good album if you hear 3 or 4 songs, no more because they are all EXACTLY the same, I mean ... has anyone noticed this?

Let it be known that I used to loathe this band, that's why when the album was released. I didn't bother, however once I did take a listen I realized the band has actually improved a lot. While the focus is heavier a lot of people are turned off by that, I actually prefer it because this singer's cleans are far from the best in the genre. However a few tight songs and this band actually holds promise to me.

No good. That's what I say to a band that decides to abandon the momentum they created in Young Man and create a boring, almost deathcore, album. Young Man showed signs of promise since the band experimented with guitar noises/effects and overall made really good songs. In this album, you get stuck with boring breakdowns you've heard before, a voice that starts to get annoying (see Jealousy Breeds) and simply a letdown.

My original rating was based on a downloaded version of the album. I recently purchased the actual cd and the quality is far better. I gave it a 3.5 over a 4 originally because I was disappointed in the production, but as it turns out, it's actually quite good.

Every song features the same chugging, verse-chorus-verse-breakdown-chorus structure. All the songs blend together. They are taking a turn for the worse.
