Strong 3.5 - One of the catchiest Nu metal albums to date. This album opens up with ,,Set it off'' typical rap metal song, it kinda misses some sort of heavinnes to it, but it has pretty decent ambient instrumental in verses. ,,Alive'' and ,,Satellite'' are pretty catchy radio rock songs. Another highlight is ,,Youth of the nation'' catchy beautifully written song, with really nice atmosphere to it, this song goes straight into ,,Celestial'' which is beautiful little ambient interlude. ,,Ridiculous'' and ,,without Jah nothin'' are fun little ideas, ridiculous is kind of silly rap, reggae and ska fusion. And ,,Without Jah nothin'' is silly punk rock song. Songs like ,,Anything right'' ,,Ghetto'', ,,Thinking about forever'' are not really highlights, but every little one of these songs flows perfectly with the album. And album ends up with my favorite song of the album ,,Portrait'', which is song that opens up with really distorted, and chaotic Nu metal sound, but then goes into the most beautiful Chorus of the entire Album. This album has its flaws, it misses a lot of complexity, experimentation, and some songs ,,Masterpiece conspiracy'' ,,Messenjah'' feels little bit too corny and generic, But this is the most fun I've had with nu-metal album in awhile.
