There's nothing wrong with his ability, but I can't help but feel Hopsin is kinda lame. Maybe it's his attitude, or his cheesy contact lenses and imagery, but he's dangerously close to the juggalo territory of shit horrorcore. He does have the potential to mature and grow out of this though.

This album is a diamond in the rough for me. It's a very good sophomore album for a rapper that has had his fair share of unlucky breaks. Hopsin delivers his message's very swiftly and with no mercy as he has no problem with sharing his stories of hate towards many people and many aspects to mainstream hip-hop industry. Raw is a very strong album and is a must listen for people who are looking for a relatively fresh face in the game.
