Been listening to this a lot lately. Forgot how much this album means to me. Obviously, rating is biased due to nostalgic reasons. This is one of the earliest examples, if not the first band to almost completely ditch the post hc or metalcore roots and create a pop album that was so cohesive and groundbreaking at the time. Listening to this album, I get taken back to when my adolescent self was upset but slowing adjusting to the change in sound. man, this album sure did grow on me. Just like the album artwork, the album is bright and charming. Definitely changed the game.

Mundane instrumentalism, generic song progression, over-rated vocals and awful lyrics: every single song seems to based around two themes: Girls, and "Go Live Your Life How You Want To Bro!", which also contains a sub theme of 'Fuck My Parents". Also, whoever came up with the "If you can't hang then, there's the door, baby" line should be eternally banned from song writing duties. No imagination whatsoever.

With excellent yet overly high range vocals, catchy and melodic instrumentation with great riffing, fast drumming and simple lyricism that fits the music well, Sleeping with Sirens have crafted an album that breaks them out of the rise-core shell that they had started out in with their first album and have moved towards a fresh blend of Pop-Punk / Post-Hardcore.

This album is a very good effort for Sleeping With Sirens with very tipical comedowns that litter this genre SWS manage to make a solid release with the vocals more improved from their debut.

Simplistic yet earnest. The lyrics may be seen as basic but I think they're honest and believable; it really hits all the right marks with me. Sure, some vocal performances can seem somewhat lackluster and the instrumentals don't quite compare with their previous album but overall it's an amazing effort. Really compelling stuff.

a fun album, nothing spectacular but it's nice to sing a long to or just have on in the background while you're doing homework, cleaning up, etc.
like their first one it is vocal-driven, very good vocals, thankfully no auto-tune

A wonderful return for Sleeping With Sirens, 'Let's Cheer to This' lives up to it's title as an album that certainly deserves to be cheered about.

Ok so I don't understand the low ratings, with this album they've climbed out of the cesspool of average,
boring hardcore bands, and have made something awesome and completely unique! The heaviness is still
here, especially on songs like Four Corner and Two Sides, it's just not in the form of chug-a-lugging and
breakdowns. Kellin's vocals are at least 2x better than their first album, and each song is memorable! So stop
complaining they're not like every other hardcore band and enjoy their uniqueness for what it is! :D

Both the super high pitch whiney vocals and heart-broken style teenager lyrics are grating at the best of
times. 'Lets Cheers To This' is poor in most departments and is not catchy enough to make up for these
fundamental drawbacks. "Fire" is a good single but is demonstrative of the new direction the band has
taken. Safe to say they decided to concentrate on garnering the affections of teenage girls.

Definitely a progression from their debut. While the album is pretty solid throughout, the last song/title track is the perfect song to sum up Sleeping With Sirens as a band. Amazing vocals, awesome instrumentation, catchy chorus - it's a flawless ending to a stellar sophomore album.
