A strong sophomore effort from an up-and-coming young indie band. Seriously, emphasis should be placed on the word young. This stuff is comparable to Modest Mouse's early work, and they have nowhere to go but up.

This band deserves a hell of a lot more recognition than it gets. Interesting song structures galore, and realistic, nontransparent feelings are prominent and stick in your head.

I love some of this album and hate other parts. This album definitely needs repeated spins before an opinion can be formulated.

As a whole, I'm liking this more than Why There Are Mountains. Though no song on this album has clicked with me the way "And the Hazy Sea" did.
