This so desperately needs a review. Stratovarius was not my first power metal band, but easily among my favorites. Visions is an album like few can match. It's power metal so it has the higher voice and cheesier lyrics, but it's still power metal. It's got the great guitars and solid drumming. It has the tremendous pure power metal songs that have the incredible solos and sort of a catchy and melodic feel to it. It has the tremendous ballads that are beautiful and make you die a little inside, in a good way. This album has all it needs, and then some.

More greatness in power metal, every song is masterfully executed, unlike other Stratovarius' albums it doesn't get boring after a few listens, and it has one hell of an epic. Visions (The Southern Cross) is easily one of the best songs in this album.

Hasan needs a review. Nobody should ever need a review, but I have been to class. When I was a kid there used to be a goat which was friendly. We clapped a bit too much, and the teacher wasn't silent. We weren't silent too, but at least we stood against the wall. The teacher was the best person we ever have met, but as he didn't stay without a view to the tower he was gone too fast. In between classes we played with beetles, and as we grew up the beetles chased too many other beetles. On one day, we, as a group, decided to ditch the beetles, for we became too old, and gave birth to original ideas. One involved a red card, which was the worst card, and thus we pointed fingers at each other, made gun noises and fainted with the uttermost conviction a 16 year old ever could. This was all done in mock terror, to praise our parents. Grant us alimony, we chanted, grant us possibilities!!! We rested for a few days, as we should have, and we became stronger after that. At that moment we realised we were the new parents.
