This album starts on top of a hill and then goes down at a slight decline with very few little hills.

This is some scary, intense black metal. Fans of Deathspell Omega will love this. However, Dodecahedron definitely create their own monster sound.

I prefer this to Deathspell and Blut Aus Nord. Whereas Blut reminds me of quicksand and Deathspell of lava, Dodecahedron has a wave-like quality that makes me think of a stormy black sea.
