God this is so refreshing after their latest LP. Although the songs are old there is a healthy amount of ingenuity and reimagination on this that makes it really worthwhile, with new melodies and lyrics - hell, even World on Fire, a fantastic entry on their lesser known project Short Songs, gets an extended version. Hopefully Silverstein return to form with their next release and don't release another Place to Drown.

This really highlights how much better this band was 10-15 years ago. I can't get over how good Billy's bass sounds on The Ides of March.

Another fantastic compilation of re-releases. The vast majority of this is really soldi and there's some really nice additions to the older bangers here. My Disaster, Already Dead and November are probably my three favorites. Arrivals/Departures likely didn't need to be touched because the production on TIHTWS was already solid, but the result is still fantastic.
