I wonder how/if his case is moving through the courts. Seems like it's been years since he released any updates about who actually gets ownership of the band.

Wait, nvm found it:
On May 29, 2024, The Polish courts ruled in favor of Krzysztof Drabikowski (in a first ruling instance), preventing Bartłomiej Krysiuk from using either the names "Batushka" or "БАТЮШКА" without the authorization of Drabikowski. On June 6, 2024 Drabikowski published a redacted version of the ruling on his social networks while thanking his fans. The same day Krysiuk, through the social networks of his version of Batushka, released a statement in which he was disappointed by the ruling. He has decided to appeal it and continue with his previous tour commitments until a final verdict is reached

Ain't quite Litourgiya but i'm surprised at the urgency here, how much more bite and how much more voracious it is.
Also lmao at Bart still tryna fight it, he tried to swoop a bands name from under the og members nose and commit to doing things he did not permit.

Checking back in and the Batushka wiki mentions that Faketushka renamed his band as Patriarkh so I guess that means Trvetushka is good to go. Hope to see something from him again. I liked Panihida but the band shot their load early with how good Litourgiya was/is.
