Nah, new york scene rules but finland gets my personal vote. Nothing beats that classic finnish sound for me. Opinions tho :]

Not a fan of most melodeath though. Finland just has the most primal, fiendish, ridiculous, complex, and murky DM out there, and though I love LaEFS and LHP/Clandestine, overall the scene can't really compete.
