awesome review. this album kicks ass a million times over. it's definately radiohead's masterpiece. a perfect companion to muse's absolution despite peoples accusations of muse ripping it off.

eww!

a) learn to spell
b) radiohead has 5 masterpieces
c) leave muse out of a conversation about radiohead for 2 minutes geez louise.. and if it were true, it would be the other way around. radiohead came first. absolution would be the companion to okc. but its not. so please go eat dirt or something

wow

a) i misspelled one word
b) it's called an opinion, and mine is that ok computer is their best
c) it was just a recommendation that fans of ok computer should check out absolution. i wasn't implying that muse was better or came first. of course radiohead is better and i obviously know radiohead came first.

i don't want to get into an internet fight, they're stupid. the only reason i posted this was to explain why i said what i said because you obviously seem to be under the impression that i'm unloyal to radiohead for bringing up the band muse and calling ok computer their best album.

Awesome album, its weird i only just became a member to the site, but for the last few years a friend and i have always said,"1. laterlus, 2. OK Computer, 3. R.A.T.M., 4. Dark side of the moon" which is nearly as exact replica of this site's top 4 albums...

I love this album. Only problem is, Karma Police sounds strikingly similar to Sexy Sadie by The Beatles. Especially the little piano riffs.

This is undeniably true. First time I heard Sexy Sadie I was really surprised by that actually.

Along with Kid A, it's Radioheads best work. Prolly will never be able to top the 1997-2000 era of the band

A classic. I didn't get it at first, and thought it was merely "Ok", excuse the pun, and I thought the Bends was better. But after a few listens I realised that every song on here is amazing to a certain degree, I adore this album, along with Kid A now. Homesick Alien is a great song, by the way, it's all in the spacey effects and the lazy vocals. The chorus is maybe a little lacking, but I very much enjoy the song.

You mispelt 'misPELLED'! Lol!

I listened to this album after getting the excellent "The Bends" and this for my bday and was totally disappointed.

I really didnt like the album at all, a second listening turned me off even more. I found it depressing and got annoyed with Yorke's voice (which I loved on "The Bends") and just didnt like the mood of the album.

Does anyone agree with me?

^^No.

This is the first Radiohead album I bought (And so far the only one I have). Great album. I usually listen to it before I fall asleep. I'll have to buy The Bends sometime soon. My favorite song is probably Paranoid Android.

Listening to Airbag at the moment, and I do love that song. You dont have the Bends? Seriously recommended

And No Surprises is growing on me, I used to hate it because of Thom's voice, but it works well for most of the songsThis Message Edited On 08.18.05
