This is one that I look back on, a few years ago....

Coming down from Scotland this on the stereo and I felt like the pits, had a few drams and this kicked in and is in me top 5 hardest hitting albums of all time.

The usual touristy thing mate, Loch Lomond which is a stunner.

The darkness is there but it's lived, felt and conveyed in a style that makes it real (the album not the Scottish :D)

Get out there dude it's unbelievable, especially being a stones throw from Glasgow.

There's a contrast if ever there was one, the place that makes Soweto look like Monte Carlo

Anybody who likes this should check out Palace Music - Viva Last Blues, another Will Oldham album which is almost as good as this.
