I actually raised it to a 5 because my opinions on this album haven't changed simce the day I bought it, and I think it's held up considerably well over time. Still trumps a lot of stuff being done today

I actually prefer Music For The Jilted Generation to this, but you can't really go wrong with either. This kind of set the stage for that time's mainstream electronica and Music For The Jilted Generation was a homage to the rave scene of sorts.
