Bumping this because even though it's overtly Mars Volta worship, this shit still slaps. The title track can even compete with songs off of it's mirror betrothed, "Deloused". Wish these guys would make some music again.

I miss these boys. A Lot. It sounds like some of them had kids and life/work got in the way? Which is a shame. Been listening to this every few years since release and in utter awe of the vocal/melodic prowess on here. I mean, they're all firing on all cylinders, but the falsettos + drum patterns are still striking to this day.
And I don't care if it's TMV-worship....I think I actually like this album more than most TMV songs, sorry.
