because the entire album isn't like that. lots of bands have breakdowns. why do they get shit for it. you know what i mean?

Because having the same formula of breakdown-chug-scream-breakdown doesn't make for an exciting album. The shit is deserved.

abr's breakdowns are sick. The breakdown in the song CRUSADES is one of the best breakdowns I have ever heard

i guess i wasn't hearing that. they're breakdowns aren't amazing, i'll give you that, but not every song is a continuous breakdown.



there are better breakdowns. i personally think the newer after burial has some pretty dynamic breakdowns. not the average chugging and all that shit.

I love ATB and they are sick live!. but their breakdowns need work. They last forever.

You should probably elaborate on your summary more. Imo, I dont hear much difference between any of their 3 albums. This is just as boring as TGSW which was just as boring (if not worse) than Decimate.



I had the pleasure of seeing these guys 3 times. Nothing impressive, just another bunch of br00t4l kids bopping around a stage mindlessly.

well, to each their own. i really think this band is good. it may not be 4.5 worthy compared to other bands, but i see it as their best work.

no i was just comparing him to the old singer. haha. i never saw as i lay dying. i did see ATB when they were on the december decimation tour last winter. they put on amazing show. they're really passionate about what they do. another band that was pretty good live was upon a burning body. very energetic band. i was excited for Carnifex, but they were a bit boring. sounded goo# live, but they were like zombies on stage. haha

I've been waiting for upon a burning body to play by me. I've listen to them since they began there pretty good for such a young band. Their live videos are crazy. I thought carnifex wasnt to bad when I saw them.

i seriously love their hell chose me album. their first two albums were dreadful, but that album is insane. yeah i agree about UABB. looking forward to more from them.
