it took me ages to appreciate them. their older shit was real good indie pop, now they're more into a rock sound but it's still more interesting than FoW or even 2000s era Weezer. lol. /heavy bias

Welcome Interstate Managers is still their best (and a classic IMO,) but this album isn't far off that one. It's like they change things up just enough to not be repetitive. BTW, Sloan is also good.

when shrunken down (WAY down) or viewed from a distance (far away) the cover art to this album looks like slayers reign in blood
