Okay, I'm starting to remember why it took me almost 30 years to attempt to take David Bowie seriously, or look for some great music from him, again. I did own this, remembered wondering what this "Glass Spider" thing was all about... and getting on with my life, filing Bowie's music away as another teenage passion that did not survive into adulthood. Thank God we finally have The Next Day.

Heathen's better than The Next Day by a wide margin, but yeah. Bowie just pandered to the crowds who wanted another Let's Dance for the rest of the decade, by his own admission.

Oddly, Never Let Me Down was a big let down lol. This album and Black Tie White Noise are terrible. Hard to believe they're actually David Bowie records
