good review but i have to disagree slightly. Volta was probably her worst, yes, but it was still good. Bjork's misfires and better than a lot of people's successes. Also I found Medulla to be excellent, but that's just me. :-)
I am really digging this album, though I found it to be less accessible than Post, or even Homogenic or Vespertine. In fact, the only album of hers I find less accessible than this is Medulla, which turned out great to me. :D

agree with review except medulla part, and i liked volta a lot too. album's pretty fucking fantastic, although weird in that by the end it doesn't seem like it's reached the conclusion it deserves. feels anticlimactic bro. virus is like one of her best songs ever though hnng

I didn't know this actually. I'm going to blame it on having heard her name pronounced as "Byork" before actually seeing her name written out, and then continually hearing it pronounced that way year after year.

Yeah, you can listen to a pronunciation on wiki. It's less of a "y" sound than it is a soft "j" pronounced very quickly.
