Wow, this has gotten a lot more attention than I would have ever thought. Thanks for the feedback all. I expected this to be better than I found it to be, but sometimes you are just dissapointed.

I haven't heard these guys but they are considered to be one of the nīmost successful thrash bands yet according to the facts I have read.
And after reading all the comments yet I would say that this is a mix of thrash and death, like Arch Enemy.

But yes, the band was created by former members from death-metal bands. The only metal-genre that is the most dominating genre in Sweden yet.

I got this album (finally) and I actually enjoyed it, and there is no way in hell that I'm gonna accept that this band is ''considered'' to be a ''Metalcore'' band. It sickens me, nothing offensive though.

oh come on, it isnt that bad. and it is NOT metalcore. not by a long shot. if anythings its closer to thrash.
its not that bad, in fact it was pretty enjoyable. their lyrics are absurd though.
one comparison i never see is that their guitar work litteraly seems like a complete rip off of mastodon. their vocal stylings are similar as well.
