great album, "Chop 'em Down", "Warrior" and "Close My Eyes" are the definite highlights.

Seeing Matisyahu live > this, but this is still an awesome live album. "Close My Eyes" was amazing when he did it at Bonnaroo, he was so into it he even jumped into the crowd :p

This album blows away both of his studio albums. Not a bad song to be found.

A Hasidic Jew from California is not exactly the image associated with reggae and hip hop.
True... however, he's from Pennsylvania and currently resides in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn.

I had my final Studies Of Religion exam today. Decided to listen to this record as a reward for writing so well about Judaism :P

This guy is awesome, I loved his first album so I should probably check this out.

Yeah, man, this is Matis' shining moment.
Also, +100 respect for digging Willy Mason. I love that guy.

Willy Mason is awesome, and I've really been getting into him a lot again recently :D.
Also, you would say this is better than his debut album (talking about Matisyahu now ofc)?

I've only heard a few tracks off Shake Off The Dust..., so I couldn't be the authority on this.
All I can say is that this captures the man in the live environment exceptionally well, with excellent sound and a large serving of passion and energy from the band.

| |
I'll get this then. Sounds rule.

Just a random question, you have three accounts right?
|
| |
yep
|
| |
Makes me think of Handoman/Handyman, and however many more accounts he may have.
|
| |
i didn't WANT 3 accounts, but you cant delete your account, and my other 2 are banned so...
and it sucks because people with similar tastes to me have 3 of their Neighbours spots taken up by just me
