Nice work man, have a pos. Slight typo in the 3rd or 4th line of the last paragraph (the hyphen should have a space before as well as after) but nice work nonetheless.

Never really got into Tame Impala but this sounds ok.

not really sure why you make a point of his guitar work, pretty sure theres only guitar on ~4 of the
tracks and the rest are driven by a synthesizer. the guitar isnt all that notable

Thanks everyone for the great feedback.

@alachlahol

I meant to say his "blend of guitar and synthesizers". There's guitars on pretty much every track, but he drenches all of his

guitar-work in effects and then adds synthesizers to ornament the guitar so sometimes its kind of hard to even notice the

guitar. But he still has some really good solos and riffs on the album.

Kevin Parker is actually a really solid guitar player, and its kind of disappointing that the only time we really get to see it is when they do lengthy jams in their live concerts. Would be nice to get stuff like that in the album.

Amazing review Hernan! I really loved the 1st paragraph. I think that the experience of psychedelic music is mesmerizing. There are a couple of trippy Kraut-rock records I have listened to that are so perfected towards achieving a certain sound that when listened they recreate the effects of psychedelics drugs in a way that actually makes you feel drugged. It's simply incredible what this experimental music scientists often craft - Loved the review. Gonna check (trip) this out whenever I get some weed :]

@Gian

I LOVE Krautrock. 100% agree there.

Thanks, Mindle. Captain was nice enough to ask for me, hopefully it does on the 5th.

I kind of have trouble getting into psychedelic rock bands. When I listened to Innerspeaker, I thought, "Yeah, it's alright." Listening to Lonerism, I absolutely adore it.
